Family Life Education: Changing Social, Cultural, Economic, Political and Technology bring changes in the Traditional Family System - the Joint-Family. As a result the older people are uncared and the young are unaided. The incident of divorce rate is increasing. Hence Family Life Education is the need of the hour. NIRDA - the NGO is undertaking Family Life Education for the Youth in Schools and Community. Preparing individuals and families for the roles and responsibilities of family living is nothing new. Because knowledge about human development, interpersonal relationships, and family living, even though, is not innate, societies need to develop ways through which they may transmit the wisdom and the experience of family living from one generation to the succeeding ones.
